3. R-3: Multi-Family Residential Dwellings
◦ Apartment buildings or equivalent structures.
◦ Lot size: Minimum of 10,000 square feet.
◦ Price: $100.
4. R-3A: Multi-Family Residential Dwellings with Additional Modules
◦ Includes amenities such as swimming pools, workout gyms, or other features.
◦ Not-for-profit applications or definitions.

1. Any parcels or lots used for commercial or industrial purposes will be considered mixed classification (Residential-Commercial or Residential-Industrial) and regulated under both classifications.

3. Parcel square footage is calculated to ensure equitable sales costs.
